Who I am and why this site exists

The short version

I’m Clint Mann, a regular investor from Evansville, Indiana. I’m not a financial pro and I don’t give personal advice. I just like digging into the companies I own until I really get them.

Why this site exists

Big banks and hedge funds have analysts, fancy data and all day to look at it. The cool thing is a lot of what they read is public: SEC filings, insider trades, short interest. It’s just a pain to dig through. So I figured I’d dig through it, explain it in plain English, and share it. If it helps you understand what you own a little better, that’s a win.

• My take: write-ups on what I think it all means, always with what could go wrong.

I most likely hold positions in the tickers I’m researching here, so assume I’ve got skin in the game. I can buy or sell at any time, and I can be wrong, so please take everything here as info to help you think, not a reason to buy or sell.
